Lip tint

This one’s been on my radar for quite sometime so it’s only fair to try it out and finally get my thoughts out about this stuff. Made in South Korea where the beauty market is so expansive, it becomes a no brainer when a weird (and still cool by the way) beauty product is invented.

When 2016 came along, I told myself that this year will be my year to be creative. Being creative is not an easy task. It takes a whole lot of your energy to create a single piece of art on a blank page. Everyone who began their journey through art knows this. Sometimes it even feels scary. So this year, I’m going to tackle them all. Here’s what I’ve been up to the past few days.

25-31 OVALS

art, calligraphy, Uncategorized

I know I’ve been gone a week but something sad happened over the last week as we have lost a member of the family. Life goes on though. So let’s move on shall we?

Today, we’re going to tackle ovals and this makes up many letters of the alphabet. Let me show you how it’s done.

Creating ovals are somewhat similar to underturns. The only difference is that, you’re creating a circle and you

  • begin drawing your ovals with closed tines.
  • drag you pen down a little, create pressure for your tines to open.
  • before reaching your baseline, gradually release pressure
  • make a curve going up closing the circle.

Happy writing!

When it comes to lipstick, the colour that will never be missing in my endless stock of lippies would be red. Last year my lipstick box was flooded with so much red and a bunch of other colours that I had to throw them out cause they were sitting in there for too long. You know you’re only supposed to use those lippies for a year after opening them right? Good. Okay. So I had to get rid of them because who knows what kind of bacteria is trying to breed in there. So now, I’m down to a few and those few still consists of mostly red. Here are my faves!
